KPS Power is committed to providing customers with a transparent, fast, and convenient purchasing process.

1. Placing an Order

Customers can place orders directly through our website, via hotline at 0947 334 114, or through Zalo. Our staff will confirm the order, recommend the appropriate power capacity, and provide a quotation as soon as possible.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay only after receiving and inspecting the product's exterior condition.

• We also accept bank transfers, VNPAY payments, and installment plans through our partners.

3. Invoicing & Documentation

All products come with complete Certificates of Origin (CO) and Certificates of Quality (CQ). VAT invoices are available upon request.
