1. Warranty Period

• 2-year warranty or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

• One-for-one replacement within the first year if the engine or alternator has a defect that cannot be repaired promptly.

2. Warranty Conditions

Products must have an intact warranty seal, and defects must be caused by manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow operating instructions.

Genuine spare parts are readily available in stock, ensuring fast and efficient warranty service at KPS branches.
